Currently Loving – A Pink Color Palette

all things pink

January is ending on a chilly note!  It’s been below zero degrees here for days and we just lived through the coldest day on record.  When you factor in wind chill temps were -50! Is that even real? It truly was Chiberia here the last few days.  It’s been grey and blue outside for days, which makes me crave color in some form. I’m currently loving all things pink!

It’s pretty timely too, as we start out February.  With February being the month of love I thought it was very timely to share with you all the pink items I’m currently loving.  The pink color palette includes soft pinks, blush, cream and light grey.  The pink color palette is ideal to bring you out of the winter blues. They instantly warm up your outfit and will bring a smile to your face.  They are also super feminine colors that bring a softer touch to your outfit.

I love to pair soft pinks with cream, light grey  and gold jewelry. It’s a beautiful color palette and one I’ve been trying to incorporate more into my everyday wear.  I’ve been operating on an all black color palette for some time now, but have been trying to ease over to the pink/cream/soft grey pallet.  I’ll keep you posted on the progress.

I’ve been sharing my Currently Loving Posts with you guys for over a year now.  I’d like your honest feedback on these posts, do you like them? Do you want to see something different?  Your feedback is important so please let me know in the comments below.

When I write my currently loving posts I try to find items I either own already or have recently tried on.  It never fails that I end up coming across something I don’t own and just have to have. While researching for this post I found my new favorite sweater.  This Alpaca Sweater from Everlane is going to get me through this freezing cold winter. I just need the mail serve to start again so I can receive the package.  Did I mention they canceled all mail/deliveries in Chicago due to the freezing cold temps? Its seriously cold here!

Enough about the cold weather, let’s get to the goods.  Keep scrolling to see what I’m currently loving in all things pink.
