Best of Maternity Clothes

Oh my favorite topic, maternity clothes!  I struggled with fashion when I was pregnant with Lizzie and I’m struggling with this pregnancy too.  Part of the reason is I miss my waist and I miss my clothes.  However, I need to just get over it because it’s just a season of life and eventually I’ll have my waist back!  I’ve been scouring the internet and stores for great maternity clothes.  I tend to like tight clothes later in pregnancy and looser clothes early on in pregnancy.  

I enjoy an oversized look in early pregnancy because I’m trying not to look pregnant, however, once I pass a certain time frame and I’m ready for the world to know I am pregnant, I’m all about tight clothes.  You might as well show off this belly while you can!

Maternity Brands I Like

There are a few brands that have a great selection of maternity clothes.  These clothes are on-trend, not matronly and make me feel like I don’t have a watermelon attached to my stomach.  Here are my favorite maternity brands.

• Kindred Bravely – I actually partnered with them and you can read my full post here and see which pieces I own and love.
• Pea In the Pod – They’ve come a long way, even since I had Lizzie.  Prices are reasonable with this brand, however you can find high-end items here too.  They also carry the Something Navy Maternity line which is gorgeous! 
• The Nines By Hatch (Available at Target) – Affordable maternity items overall, however, the dresses are really good here.
• Isabella Oliver  – This is a UK-based brand that has great elevated basics and tons of dress options.  They are UK based so shipping takes a bit longer to get to you. 
• Oriane –  I just ordered several items from here and I LOVE them.  Very reasonably prices sweaters that are geared towards postpartum, but work very well for all pregnancy trimesters.

After a lot of trial and error I’ve found several maternity items that I love, want to wear and feel great in.  So naturally I need to share them with you!  In addition, all the items that I’m listing I either own or have tried on at some point in my pregnancy to get sense of the product.
