Call me nostalgic, but fall reminds me of back-to-school and back-to-school shopping. As an adult, the fall still holds a special place in my heart. Instead of back to school shopping I do back-to-work shopping. I refresh my work wardrobe in the fall. I typically wear “fall” clothes up until spring of the following year. The colors and fabric weight work best in both seasons. When shopping for these pieces I try to stick to classic pieces that can last for many years. The work rules have changed and you can get away with more casual items now. These pants are technically not denim, but have a lot of denim like qualities. The last time I wore heels for 8 hours straight was 2.5 years ago. Needless to say I was so nervous to get back into heels.
