Roasted Chickpeas

Quick, crispy chickpeas that are perfect for salads and snacking
Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 30 minutes mins
Total Time 35 minutes mins
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1-2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Dry off chickpeas with a paper towel and remove loose skins
Toss chickpeas and all ingredients together
Place on a baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes, toss and flip then bake for another 15 minutes
