Roasted Chickpeas

Quick, crispy chickpeas that are perfect for salads and snacking

Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Dry off chickpeas with a paper towel and remove loose skins
  3. Toss chickpeas and all ingredients together
  4. Place on a baking sheet
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, toss and flip then bake for another 15 minutes
