Cornflake Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
  

  • 2-1/2 cups cornflakes (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place flour in a bowl
  3. Place eggs (beaten) in a bowl
  4. Place crushed cornflakes, garlic, paprika and cayenne pepper in a bowl
  5. Place each piece of chicken in the flour, then eggs and roll into cornflake mixture
  6. Place each piece of chicken on a baking sheet, cook for 20 minutes or until golden
  7. Add dipping sauce of your choice, such as ranch, bbq or honey dijion
