Ingredients

Kielbasa (or any linked sausage)

Green Pepper
1
Onion
1
container
Mushrooms
1
Zucchini
2
tbsp
Olive Oil
1
tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar
1
tbsp
Basil (fresh or dried)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Slice sausage into 1/4 inch chunks
Slice all veggies
Lightly cover all ingredients in olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle in basil and salt and pepper to taste
Spread onto a baking sheet
Bake for 25 minutes or until roasted
